Event creation

This article describes the process of creating a new event in the Spaceti web app.

Access the Spaceti Dashboard

To start, you will have to log in to the Spaceti domain. You can do this by visiting the login page, entering your domain name and logging in with your credentials.

Locate the Events management page

You will find the "Events management" page in the left-hand menu under the "Administration" heading.

Create a New event

You can create a new event using the button in the top-right corner.

Fill in the event details

Fill in all relevant fields below. You can choose to set a capacity so that not too many people can RSVP. The event can be shared with a particular group/tenant in the 'User groups' field. You may also choose to add a link for online attendees.

Check and publish

The event is not immediately released for everyone to see, it first needs to be published. You can do this by clicking on the three dots beside the event and clicking 'Publish.'

This is there so you can for example create several events in the pipeline and publish them as the date arrives.

View in the app

Once the event is published, people can open up the app and view the event in the 'Events' tab. They can also RSVP if they would like to attend.
