Fixed space is a feature that allows you to book your specific workspace during the week. On the days when you won’t be in the office, based on your schedule, that space will be available for booking by your colleagues.
Setup
In the setting of space you have the option to add a user to whom you assign a workstation/location for certain days of the week without a necessity to make a reservation.
Good to know: Your colleagues will see the place as non-available for a whole day, but on other days they will be able to create a booking normally according to the rules.
"My building" -> Buildings management -> Spaces -> "Your space" -> Edit -> Booking tab -> Active allocation
By a button "Add user" I will dedicate a space to user Jaroslav Novák for chosen days in a week.
