Setup

Approval system for spaces (Booking Approvals) is a feature that allows us to establish an approval process for specific spaces and roles that need to be authorized by a manager or admin.
Booking approvals can be turned on independently for each space from the Spaceti Web.

​"My building" -> Buildings management -> Spaces -> "Your space" -> Edit -> Meetings tab or Booking tab -> Booking request toggle

Enabling the toggle will trigger the required approval for the created reservation

Building Managers

The approvals can be done only by chosen Admin/Managers in a section Building Managers.

Go to: "My building" -> Building management -> Building Managers -> New building manager


Approving process

The bookings can be approved by the Building Managers via the web interface.

Go to the My Building -> Building management -> Bookings -> Request tab
