In the Spaceti system some of the settings are connected to "Tenant Level", which means that they are practiced for all buildings under your domain.
These settings can be recognised by being located on the main page f.e. Users or Asset Management.
Setup on a building level
If you click on the Building management (Home Screen/Administration tab) - You'll be taken to a set of building-specific settings. You can select the required building through the top-left menu.
The specific settings will be applied only to the selected building.
On the building level interface, you can set most of the Rules, such as Activity Rules, Spaces and others.
