Why can't I login into my Spaceti app?

Exploring common issues when trying to log into Spaceti

Please check that you are entering your email in the correct field and not confusing it with the building name field.


Mobile App


You have to enter your SpaceID when the application is launched for the first time. It is usually a unique name of your company/building/site. It is used to identify the tenant/client into which you want to login, and should be given to you by your administrator .

You can find it either in you invitation email, on a spaceti sticker in your office or ask your office manager.

  • Maybe, you are not approved by manager

    To get access into the Spaceti, your account need to be approved by Manager role of your building. Please contact your administrator for giving you an access.

You have to enter your SpaceID/Organisation domain when accessing the Spaceti web app for the first time. You may also be required to login again, due to cookie expiration. Your domain is usually a unique name of your company/building/site. It is used to identify the tenant/client into which you want to login, and should be given to you by your administrator .

You can find it either in your invitation email, on a spaceti sticker in your office or ask your office manager.

  • Maybe, you are not approved by a manager

    To get access into the Spaceti, your account needs to be approved by someone with a Manager role in your building. Please contact your administrator to receive access.


TIP: For future ease, bookmark or save your domain web address. It is always presented in the format www."SpaceID".spaceti.com
