Why can't I login into my Spaceti app?

  • Please check that you are entering your email in the correct field and not confusing it with the building name field.

You have to enter your SpaceID when the application is launched for the first time. It is usually a unique word of the name of your building, which you should be have known from your administrator. that is used to identify your office.

You can find it either in you invitation email, on a spaceti sticker in your office or ask your office manager.

  • Maybe, you are not approved by manager

    To get access into the Spaceti, your account need to be approved by Manager role of your building. Please contact your administrator for giving you an access.
