Learn how to setup Outlook Integration in the Spaceti Web App

Setting up OUTLOOK INTEGRATION

  • From the left-hand side menu under Administration select Settings > Meetings

  • Click on Connect Microsoft Outlook button

  • Select the right MS Outlook Administrator account

  • It is necessary to accept the following permissions for the integration work correctly:

  • Then navigate to Buildings Management in the Administration tab.
    Select the required building in the top menu and open it in the Facilities - Resource Connections.

  • Now you are able to link the meeting rooms from Spaceti dashboard according to their addresses in Outlook.

  • Type in the email address of the resource and confirm with the green button.

  • Once you confirm the integration you will be able to see your Spaceti bookings in MS Outlook and vice versa.
