An overview of user roles & permissions

In Spaceti, we have three main roles. The first is the User role for regular users, followed by the Manager and Admin. These roles have the same UI access as the User, with the only difference being that through the web dashboard, they also have access to the Administration section, where the settings for the entire Spaceti product can be managed.


User – The default role for everyday users. This role allows users to make reservations and access basic features of the product.

Manager – Recommended for building managers, IT departments, or reception staff. This role enables management of building settings and rules and can be assigned or modified as needed.

Admin – A restricted role for root building managers or support personnel. Changes to this role can only be made with confirmation from the Spaceti Team.

Custom role - coming in 2025

Important: The previous Data Analyst role has been fully replaced by the Manager access.
