Go to web dashboard > Buildings Management > Booking Rules. Toggle on/off the desired type of space you want to set check-in for (workstations, common spaces, parking spaces...).
Then set up the check-in window (when the check-in functionality becomes active and how long after the event's beginning it should be deactivated). If users do not check in by the end of the check in window, the space will become available to other users.
