Neat Pulse

This guide explains how to connect your Neat Pulse environment with Spaceti so that your Neat devices can be synchronized and placed on the map.

What You Need

To enable the integration, please provide the following:

  1. Neat Pulse Organization ID

  2. Neat Pulse API Key (Read scope)

These two parameters allow Spaceti to authenticate with your Neat Pulse organization and retrieve your device list.

How the Integration Works

Once the Organization ID and API Key are provided:

  1. Spaceti connects to your Neat Pulse organization.

  2. The system automatically pulls the list of Neat devices available through the Pulse API.

  3. These devices can then be placed on the Spaceti map by our team or your administrator.

This enables occupancy analytics and device status visibility directly inside the Spaceti platform.

Where to Find Your Organization ID & API Key

  1. Log into Neat Pulse at https://pulse.neat.no.

  2. Go to Settings. Your Organization ID is displayed here (it is also part of your Pulse organization's URL).

  3. Go to Settings → API keys and click Create API key.

  4. Enter a name (for example Spaceti), select the Read scope and click Create.

  5. Copy the key immediately using the copy icon. The key is shown only once and cannot be viewed again later.

API keys require a paid Neat Pulse plan. If you do not see the API keys option, contact your Neat Pulse organization administrator. For details, see Neat's guide: Managing API accounts on Neat Pulse.

Send Credentials Securely

Please share the Organization ID and API Key with your Spaceti onboarding contact through a secure channel (never via public chat).
