What You Need
To enable the integration, please provide the following connection details from Logitech Sync:
Certificate (certificate.pem)
Private Key (privateKey.pem)
Organization ID
A Logitech Essentials for Rooms license is required on each space you want to connect. The Sync Cloud API only returns data for spaces with an active Plus, Essentials, or Select license — without it, the data will not be available.
If you don't have the required license yet, let us know — we can help communicate with Logitech to get the needed API permissions free of charge.
What Data Spaceti Collects
People count and occupancy from Logitech room devices.
Environmental data (such as temperature, humidity, and air quality) from Logitech Spot sensors.
How the Integration Works
Once the connection details are provided:
Spaceti connects to your Logitech Sync organization via the Sync Cloud API.
The system automatically pulls the list of rooms/devices available through Sync.
These devices can then be placed on the Spaceti map by our team or your administrator.
This enables occupancy analytics, people-count, and environmental monitoring directly inside the Spaceti platform.
Where to Find Your Connection Details
Log into the Logitech Sync portal at https://sync.logitech.com.
Go to Settings → Sync Cloud API tab.
Click Generate new certificate and download the certificate.pem and privateKey.pem files. Store the private key securely — never in plain text, a chat message, or a code repository.
Scroll down in the same tab to find your Organization ID.

Send Credentials Securely
Please share the certificate, private key, and Organization ID, along with the list of rooms you want to connect, with your Spaceti onboarding contact through a secure channel (never via public chat or email).
