How it works
Introduced the new Spaceti application for Microsoft Teams, now publicly available in the Microsoft Teams App Store - Spaceti Teams App, with a separate staging version available for internal testing and validation.
Added Spaceti Teams app
Users can securely access the app using automatic Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication via Passport login. Login is mandatory to access the application, and no alternative authentication methods are currently supported.
After the installation/adding of the Spaceti Teams app, user must select the organization ID. This selection will be done just once. The it gets remembered even if the app will be removed from the Teams.
After login, users can navigate between four core sections available directly inside Microsoft Teams: Map, My Meetings, My Bookings, and In the Workplace.
The Map section is the default landing screen after login and provides access to booking and occupancy maps, including the ability to reserve workspaces and meeting rooms directly from the map interface.
Create a booking from the Booking map
The My Meetings section includes both calendar and list views of upcoming meetings, helping users quickly review their schedules and create new meetings without leaving Teams.
