Compatibility Requirements for Android devices
The Spaceti Meeting Room App is compatible with devices running:
Android 7.0 or newer
We recommend using a 7–12 inch tablet certified for reliable long-term performance designed for signage or continuous-use environments only. The App can run in horizontal or vertical mode.
To improve the user experience it is better to have a tablet equipped with LED status lights. These can change color depending on the room occupancy status or when the device is in Waiting for Check-in mode.
The tablet should support the following mandatory features:
Signage lock
Run app at startup
Full network access
Prevent device from sleeping
Auto restart
View/modify network/Wi-Fi connections
optional:
Access to internal network
Granted access to Google Play Store
Modify or delete the contents of USB storage
1. How to get the App
The Spaceti Room Display app is available for free on Google Play Store. It can also be downloaded as an APK file from our GitHub releases page.

2. Activation
The tablet is activated remotely by scanning the QR code displayed on the app’s welcome screen and signing in with a Spaceti account that includes purchased licenses.

Compatibility Requirements for iPadOS running devices
The Spaceti Meeting Room App is compatible with devices running:
iPadOS 15.2 or newer
The App can run in horizontal or vertical mode.
We recommend setting up the iPad in Single App Mode (kiosk mode) through MDM, as it is the most reliable option for permanent use with a meeting room application and prevents users from leaving the app or accessing device settings
If you do not have MDM yet, Guided Access can be used as a quick alternative solution to lock the iPad into a single app and restrict controls.
