Heat Map – Floorplan Not Loading

In some cases, the Heat Map may show only a basic layout instead of the full floorplan (walls, furniture, etc.).

Why does this happen?

The floorplan is set up correctly. This issue is usually caused by connection or device-related conditions, such as:

  • Slow or unstable internet

  • VPN usage

  • Mobile network limitations

  • Temporary loading issue


How to fix it

Please try the following:

  1. Refresh the page
    → This often resolves the issue immediately

  2. Check your internet connection
    → Switch to a more stable network if possible

  3. Turn off VPN (if you use one)

  4. Try another network or device
    → For example, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data

  5. Restart the app or browser


What should you see?

The full floorplan should load with the heatmap displayed on top.
