Overview
Stay on top of your reservations with email check-in reminders. This feature sends notifications ahead of your check-in and keeps you informed throughout the process. Email notifications are delivered alongside push notifications for a seamless experience.
Availability
Email check-in notifications are disabled by default.
How to Enable
You can enable email reminders in your personal settings:
Web Portal:
Profile → Profile Settings → Features → Email check-in reminder
Mobile (iOS & Android):
Settings → Features → Email check-in reminder
Types of Notifications
1. Check-in Started
Sent when your check-in window begins, letting you know you can check in.
2. Check-in Reminder
Sent 5 minutes before the check-in window ends.
Not sent if you have already checked in.
3. Check-in Expired
Sent after the check-in window closes, informing you that check-in was not completed.
Quick Check-In via Email
Available in Check-in Started and Check-in Reminder emails
No login required
Instantly completes check-in (if the window is still open)
QR Code Check-In
If QR code check-in is required:
Emails are still sent
Quick check-in button is not available
Check-in must be completed via the Spaceti app or white-label app
