Portfolio-Level Analytics
We are introducing portfolio-level analytics, providing managers, admins, and data analysts with a broader overview of:
Bookings
Occupancy
Environmental analytics
What’s New
Analytics now support multi-building (portfolio) selection.
A building selector has been added to each analytics page, allowing users to view data for:
A single building
Multiple selected buildings
All buildings (representing the entire tenant portfolio)
Unpublished buildings are also visible within the building selector.
Note: Due to technical limitations, portfolio selection is available via the building selector on individual analytics pages rather than as a global selection across the entire analytics section.
Analytics screens/pages, including the following building selection possibilities:
Dashboard - Single building selection
Spaceti AI - Single building selection. The portfolio-level analytics AI will come in the near future.
Occupancy - Single/multiple building selection
Environment - Single/multiple building selection
Building Selection in Analytics
Each analytics page now includes a building selector.
By default, the current building is displayed.
Users can select a single building, multiple buildings, or All buildings (where supported).
Changing the selection refreshes the data on that page.
Building selection is applied per page and is not retained when navigating to another analytics screen.
When multiple buildings are selected, data in charts is shown cumulatively. Individual building values are not displayed separately in charts (except in the updated Space Groups table).
A new Building level has been added to the existing Space and Space Group granularity in the tables on the Occupancy, Bookings, and Environmental analytics pages.
All building-level metrics are calculated from aggregated space data.
Known Issue – Building Selector Behavior
If the user deselects the “All buildings” option, all buildings remain selected.
To change the results, the user must actively select one or more specific buildings.
After a page refresh, the selected building(s) are not retained and revert to the default view.
Buildings without the Analytics feature enabled are still visible in the building selector; however, they are not displayed in the Space Groups table.
Known Limitation – Data Granularity
When switching between Buildings, Space Groups, and Spaces, values in certain widgets (e.g., Utilization, Hourly Occupancy, Daily Occupancy) may change.
This can occur if not all spaces are assigned to a space group, which affects how data is aggregated and displayed.
Additional frontend features:
Recurring space blockouts
This feature continues the Space Blockouts feature already available to our customers.
Originally, it allowed customers to block groups of spaces for a set period. This helped users close the office for Christmas or block spaces under maintenance to prevent bookings.
Clicking the “Create blockout” button opens the updated modal:
Here’s the Repeat section when enabled. Besides the default start and end times (set to the next business day), some days are preselected and some inputs prefilled.
When the start and end time of the booking fall on the same day, that day is automatically selected in the schedule. For example, if the booking is on Friday, April 27, Friday will be preselected and cannot be removed.
If you hover over Friday, a message will appear explaining that this day must remain selected because it matches the original booking date.
You can still add or remove other days as needed. For example, you may add Monday to create a recurring booking on both Monday and Friday.
The default value for “Ends” is set to “Never.” This means the system will continue generating upcoming bookings automatically.
To ensure availability, the system creates these bookings for the next three months in advance and then extends them automatically each night so that the schedule always remains three months ahead.
People count in Analytics - averages
For the new “People count“ metric in analytics we need to add dropdown selector with 2 options Aggregated/Averaged in the top pane. Default option is “Aggregated“.
