Email Verification Link Shows Error (“Your email address could not be verified”)

Updated today

Overview

Some users may see the following message after clicking the email verification link:

“Your email address could not be verified”

This can look concerning, but in most cases your email has already been successfully verified.

Why This Happens

Many organizations use automated email security scanning tools that check links inside incoming emails.

In some situations:

  • the verification link is opened automatically by a security system before the user clicks it

  • when the user clicks the link afterward, it may appear “invalid” or expired

What To Do

If you see this message:

  1. Return to the Spaceti login page

  2. Log in normally with your email and password

Your account is already verified and should work correctly.

When To Contact Support

Please contact your Spaceti administrator or support if:

  • you still cannot log in after trying again

  • you continue receiving verification emails repeatedly

Key Point

This error usually does not mean verification failed — it simply means the verification link has already been used.
