Where the logo is shown
The organization’s logo is displayed in the top-left corner of the Meeting Room App dashboard.
If no custom logo is provided, the Spaceti logo is shown by default.

Single-colour logo
Ideally white logo on a transparent background
File specifications
Format: PNG
Background: Transparent
Orientation: Landscape
Recommended aspect ratio: 1:6 (height : width)
Design reference size: 75 × 300 px
The logo is automatically resized to the maximum height that fits the tablet screen.
Maximum file size: 2 MB
How to upload the logo
Currently, logos must be uploaded by the Spaceti product team.
Please submit the logo via a Service Request in Jira, attaching the final PNG file.
Digital Reception App (DR) – Logo Display
Where the logo is shown
The logo is displayed on the Digital Reception App dashboard.
Its position can be configured in:
Hardware Management → Digital Reception Settings
This configuration is set per organization.
Available logo positions
Header: Top-left corner of the screen
Scan screen: Center of the screen
Logo requirements (Digital Reception App)
Design & appearance
Any colour combination is allowed (not limited to black & white).
Since background colours may vary based on configuration, we recommend using a logo colour that contrasts well with the background for optimal visibility.
