Overview
The Digital Reception feature now supports visitor badge printing directly from Android tablets.
After check-in, visitors can instantly print a badge label with their name, purpose, and host information.
How It Works
When activating badge printing, you can choose one of three modes:
Mandatory visitor badge – A badge is printed automatically for every check‑in.
Optional visitor badge – Each visitor is asked whether they want a badge printed.
No visitor badge – Badge printing is disabled.
If you select Mandatory or Optional, you’ll need to:
Discover/Select a printer on the next screen.
Select the paper roll type used in the printer.
These settings can be changed later from the Kiosk screen (open Kiosk by tapping 7 times quickly on the home screen).
Printing a Visitor Badge
Complete the visitor check‑in on the tablet.
If prompted, select “Print Badge” (in Optional mode) or wait for automatic printing (Mandatory mode).
The app connects to the Brother QL‑820NWBc printer via Wi‑Fi on the same network.
Choose the correct label roll type.
⚠️ The app does not support Bluetooth connections. The printer and tablet must be on the same Wi‑Fi network.
Supported Printers and Label Rolls
Printer model: - Brother QL‑820NWBc (only supported model)

⚠️ If the selected roll type in the app does not match the roll loaded in the printer, printing will fail and an error will appear.
