Overview

The Digital Reception feature now supports visitor badge printing directly from Android tablets.
After check-in, visitors can instantly print a badge label with their name, purpose, and host information.

How to Use

  1. Complete the visitor check-in on the tablet.

  2. When prompted, select “Print Badge”.

  3. The app connects to a Brother QL-820NWB printer via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

  4. Choose the desired label size and printer (if multiple are available).

  • Tablet (Android): ✅ Supported (Spaceti Digital reception app)

  • Web: ❌ Not applicable

  • Mobile: ❌ Not applicable

Notes

  • Company logo printing will be added in a future update.

  • Supports multiple printers and label sizes.
