Overview
The new Spaceti AI Management module introduces centralized control of AI capabilities across your organization.
It enables administrators and managers to set AI usage limits, assign access per building or role, and configure which AI features (such as Booking AI or Analytics AI) are active.
How to Use
Go to Administration → AI Management.
Configure the following sections:
AI Organization Settings: Overview of the total AI token limit and monitoring usage.
AI Building Settings: Enable or disable AI features for each building.
AI Roles Settings: Set AI token limits and enable AI Agents (Booking AI / Analytics AI) per role.
AI User Settings: Set AI token limits and enable AI features per individual user.

Web: ✅ Fully supported
Mobile: ❌ Not applicable
Tablet / Kiosk: ❌ Not applicable
Notes
The AI Management section is visible only if the AI feature is enabled for the organization.
Useful for organizations managing multiple buildings with different AI usage needs.
