Overview
Spaces can now be enriched with photos and comments, helping users better understand each workspace or meeting room before booking.
This feature improves transparency and allows admins to present each space with useful visual and descriptive details.
How to Use
Go to Buildings Management → Spaces.
Choose a specific space and click Edit → General.
Upload a photo (optional) and add a comment (optional).
Save changes.
Once uploaded, the photo and comment will appear on:
Mobile apps (Space detail, Reservation detail and Map bottom sheet)
Meeting room app (Space detail)
Web interface (Reservation detail and Map sidebar)
Platform Availability
Web: ✅ Partial (visible only on space detail view, not on space selection yet)
Mobile: ✅ Fully supported (new space detail screen)
Tablet / Kiosk: ✅ Displayed in room app
Notes & Limitations
Photo: One image per space
Comment: Up to 240 characters
Visibility: Not yet available on web space selection screen — planned for next release
