Web App
You can change your password using your current password in the profile settings.
This guide only applies to login using email+password. If you use other means of logging in (Okta, Microsoft SSO) this guide does not apply.
1. Login with your spaceti account
Use your spaceti account to login to Spaceti
2. Navigate to Profile settings
Access Profile settings by clicking on your user profile/icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Enter Current and New password
Enter your current and future credentials into the respective fields in the Change password section.
4. Click the "change password" button
5. Confirm change in the pop-up window
6. Your password has been changed
Your password should be successfully changed and there will be a small notification in the right-bottom corner to confirm this.
You will be disconnected/logged-out of your account upon changing your password and are required to login with your new credentials.
Mobile App
1. Launch the Spaceti App
2. Login with your spaceti account
3. Navigate to the setting tab
Click on the "Settings" icon in the bottom-right corner of the bottom-menu.
4. Select "Change password"
5. Enter your current and new passwords
6. Confirmation pop-up
A confirmation pop-up will appear confirming you have successfully change your password
You will be logged-out and asked to login with your new credentials.
