If you need to reset your password for your Spaceti account, please follow the steps below:
Web App
1. Navigate to the Spaceti login page
2. Enter your organisation domain/SpaceID
3. Click on the Reset link
Click on the "Reset it here" link
4. Enter your registered e-mail address
5. Press the "Continue" button
6. Check your e-mail and spam folder
- You should receive an email from no-reply@spaceti.com
- Please allow up to 5 min for the e-mail to reach your inbox
- Check your spam & junk folder
7. Click the "Reset Password" button
The link will open in your default browser
8. Enter a new password
Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
9. Click on "Reset password"
10. Confirmation screen
A confirmation screen will appear to confirm your password has been successfully changed.
Mobile App
1. Launch the Spaceti App
2. Click on "Let's get started"
On the welcome screen, proceed by selecting the "Let's get started."
3. Enter your SpaceID
Enter the SpaceID of your building.
4. Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Interact with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use toggle.
5. Click on the "Login" button
6. Select "Forgot your password?"
7. Enter your registered e-mail address
8. Confirm
Confirm your email address
9. Check your e-mail and spam folder
- You should receive an email from no-reply@spaceti.com
- Please allow up to 5 min for the e-mail to reach your inbox
- Check your spam & junk folder
10. Click the "Reset Password" button
The link will open in your default browser
11. Enter a new password
Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters

12. Click on "Reset password"
13. Confirmation screen
A confirmation screen will appear to confirm your password has been successfully changed.
