Mobile App
1. Tap the "New Activity" button
On the Homepage, click “New Activity”, then choose "Schedule a Meeting"
2. Select Date & Time
On the next screen, choose:
Date and time
Meeting Title (required)
Optionally add colleagues, guests, or select a specific meeting room
3. Select Space
You can create a meeting without assigning a room. If you want to book a room, tap the meeting room field to open a new page with a list of available spaces.
4. Submit
When you’ve made your choice, tap “Submit” to confirm your booking
Bookings created in App can be deleted, but you can’t change the meeting room.
Web App
1. Tap the "New Activity" button
On the Homepage, click “New Activity”, then choose “Book a meeting room”
2. Booking Window
A booking window will open where you can:
Date and time
Meeting Title (required)
Optionally add colleagues, guests, or select a specific meeting room
3. Submit
Once everything’s set, click ”Submit” to confirm your booking
