In Spaceti, we can use an equipment system as an assistant for making booking decisions and also as a keeper of information about the layout of equipment in the office.
Create an equipment
Your building > Administration > Facilities > Equipment
As first, with a Manager/Admin role create an available equipment.
Assign equipment to spaces
Open space to which you want to add an equipment:
"Building" > Administration > Facilities > Spaces > "space" > ••• > edit
Select all the available equipment
