Naming of Spaces
Updated over a week ago

For the naming of spaces, we recommend using a certain number system. When working with analytics and exports, it will save us a lot of work and make the overview easier.

If you already use a naming system in your work environment, you can certainly use it, but keep these principles in mind.

For example:

1.01

The number "1" before the period determines the floor number.
Number "01" workstation number in numerical order.

Important: Please always use the symbol/number "0" for a numbering series.
It will help you with the correct listing in a further exports of analytics and spaces lists.

Number of spaces: 0-9 1,2,3
0-99 01,02,03

0-999 0.01, 002, 003

You can also use letters or words to indicate the type of space:

Workspace = WS1.001, Cyan 01,
Meeting Room = MR1.01, Large Meeting Room, Phone Booth 2
