Symptoms:
You created a meeting in calendar, with a subject of "Test" and sent meeting invite to staff and the meeting room. The meeting room automatically accepts the meeting. On the organizer calendar and the invited staff calendars show the subject of the meeting as "TEST." But the meeting room shows the subject of the meeting as "You."
However, if a staff member starts by creating the meeting directly in the resource, includes a subject, and invites staff to the meeting, the subject of the meeting entered by the staff member remains in the resource and on the calendars of the invited staff.
Troubleshooting:
If you deployed Microsoft Exchange server environment and all the meeting request is accepted automatically, in this is the case, it is a default behavior which you can resolve following these steps:
Open the Exchange Management Shell.
Run the one of following cmdlets:
For Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Server 2013 or Exchange Server 2010
Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity <RESOURCEMAILBOX> -DeleteSubject $False -AddOrganizerToSubject $False
For Exchange Server 2007
Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity <RESOURCEMAILBOX> -AutomateProcessing AutoAccept -AddOrganizerToSubject $False -DeleteSubject $False
