Here, we would like to describe here how the onboarding of partners who have decided to join our Spaceti family and help us improve the working environment in offices around the world takes place.

1.) Introduction presentation

The first thing to do is one or a series of several meetings with Spaceti members from Business or Customer/Partner Relations.

At this meeting, we will present Spaceti as an ecosystem for holistic building management and all its functions and extras.

2.) Legal and Agreement

If we agree on cooperation together, we will standardly go through the preparation of all documents and contracts together.

3.) Our 1st training

After we have solved all the legal issues, we can start training and showing the Spaceti system more in depth.

As the first training, there is a standard demonstration of functionalities and space for your questions, which are more technical than at the initial presentation.

For example, we will discuss functionalities such as our mobile application, Hardware and API.

We will also set up your Jira account, with which we can communicate with our technical and support team.

4.) Let's create your Spaceti domain (2nd training)

In order to have the opportunity to get as close as possible to Spaceti, we recommend using the Spaceti Solution in your office space according to your requirements as part of the partner program. You can use all functions free of charge to help you gain experience.

This domain of yours can also be used to present yourself to potential clients and you can share your real experiences and interests with them.

At this training, we will show you and perform a demo of the procedure for setting up the Spaceti dashboard. This example will serve as a guide for setting up your domain later. Setting up your domain by yourself will be used as a test that you are trained to create domains and a client account yourself.

At this meeting, we will also discuss all additional functionalities such as the integration of calendars, AD users synchronisation or login via Microsoft.

5.) 3rd Training

The third training is usually at intervals of 7-10 days, when you have the opportunity to play with the system more and you have any other questions ready for us. If you want to use Spaceti sensors to measure occupancy in your office, it is likely that they have already arrived and we have the opportunity to discuss more hardware matters, including the installation process of the sensor into the Spaceti dashboard.

6.) Recurrent meetings and Support

Each Partner and Reseller has its own dedicated Customer Support Manager at Spaceti. He is your contact in Spacet who will always be available to you if you really need anything.

They will help you whenever you work with the Spaceti system or have any problem or feedback.

You will usually have recurring meetings set up on a weekly to 14 day basis where they will provide you with support.
