New features

  • Activity rules - for more information, please check our help section: Departments | Spaceti Help Center

    • Activity rules allow managers to define the Booking rules on the level of the Activity.

    • Each activity from now can have individual booking rules configuration.

    • We have migrated the Space type level Booking rules on the Activity level.

      • No any user/support action required

    • Following booking rules are now configurable:

      • Booking duration (Set the minimum and maximum time limits for each booking)

      • Booking window (Define how far in advance or how soon relative to today's date bookings can be initiated and concluded)

      • Booking frequency limits (Limit the number of bookings a user can make on a daily and weekly basis.)

      • Booking days availability (Specify which days of the week certain spaces can be booked to optimize space usage and meet user needs.)

      • Non-Overlapping Bookings (Users can create any number of bookings as long as the time slots do not overlap.)

    • For now, the Check-in rules remaining on the level on space type.

  • Department level rules

    • Managers can now set up the booking rules also on the level of the department

    • Department booking rules are applied to user-defined space groups.

    • Admins can apply:

      • Default Booking rules

        • These settings are sourced from the Activity > Booking Settings page. Please refer to that page for detailed configurations.

      • Customize the Booking rules

        • Same scope of booking rules as for the activities, just applied on selected space groups within the department (=Booking duration, Booking window, Booking frequency limits, Booking days availability, Non-overlapping bookings.)

    • In case there is the user is in more departments the system is applying the “better/softer“ booking rules for the user.

  • Make a web Dashboard as a default (Web)

    • User's dashboard on the Spaceti web is now the default page after the login

    • On the dashboard, we are newly showing today’s Reservations and also Meetings, that has a space assigned.

    • You can not see the Studio bookings and Meetings with no space assigned.

  • Custom Shortcuts links widget (Web)

    • Similarly, as we have the possibility in the mobile apps, users can have added the:

      • External links - including the icons and link to the external web link

      • Internal links - including the icons and link to the internal Spaceti web link, like Events

  • The Last Locker activity

    • Newly added column to the locker section, showing the last locker activity which is

      • Opening, closing

  • Lockers auto-release - Apps design update (Apps+Web)

    • The apps are now informing the user that a particular locker has enabled the auto-release functionality.

    • Fixed sorting of the columns on the Locker list page

  • Analytics AI

    • Production deployment of the Spaceti AI integrated with Spaceti:

      • booking analytics

      • occupancy analytics

      • environmental analytics

    • AI chat and its history is specific per building now

    • User can now continue with the previously created chat

    • AI token limit counts and is active

    • AI token limit status is visible in the account administration

  • Show Free/Busy status in booking activity (G-Calendar) (Web)

    • Free/Busy status from the user Google calendar is visible while choosing the participant of the meeting.

  • Cisco Webex meetings

    • Option to add the Cisco Webex online meeting to the Scheduled meeting though the Spacetia app

    • All three platforms are now covered - Web, Android, iOS

    • To be able to add the Webex online link to the meeting, account needs to have configured Cisco Webex account.

  • Other minor improvements

    • Quick meeting via MR App is writing the name/label to the calendar (new MRA version is required to install)

    • Added pagination configurator to the HW management page

  • Load Space Type icons from backend

    • Storing the space type icons for apps on the backend, not hardcoded in the apps.

    • Maps are still using the icons stored in the Mapbox.
