Overview
As a user, you are able to create a meeting through Outlook that will use and book a selected Meeting Room in the Spaceti App.
Note: Upon meeting creation, you are unable to edit this meeting inside Spaceti, instead make any required changes in Outlook.
Guide
1. Open the Calendar in Outlook
You can create a meeting in two ways:
Click “New event” at the top left
Or simply click on a time slot in the calendar
2. Fill in meeting details
Meeting Title (required)
Date and Time (required)
Attendees and Description (optional)
3. Select a Room/Location
a. Click “Add a room or location”
b. Choose from available spaces.
Room with a green status are available
4. Send
Click “Send” to confirm and schedule the meeting.
Your meeting will now appear in your Outlook Calendar and under My Meetings in Spaceti App
To edit or cancel a meeting, do it directly in Outlook
