Overview
You can now require visitors to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before completing their check-in using the Digital Reception tablet.
This feature helps ensure compliance and security by making NDA acceptance a mandatory step in the visitor check-in process.
How it works
When the feature is enabled:
The visitor starts the check-in process (via QR code or manually)
If an NDA is required, the visitor is prompted to review and sign it
The NDA is displayed and signed directly on the tablet via DocuSign
After signing, the check-in continues as usual
If the visitor does not sign the NDA, check-in will not be completed and the host will not be notified
Visitor experience
Visitors see a clear consent message before signing
Signing is done directly on the tablet (no email required)
The process is fully integrated into the check-in flow
If a visitor declines:
They are informed that signing is mandatory
They can retry or return to the home screen
Check-in is cancelled
