Analytics - How to Create and Export Reports in Spaceti

Updated yesterday

Spaceti provides built-in reporting and export functionality across the platform. Users can easily download booking activity, occupancy analytics, environmental metrics, and heat map datasets directly from the web application.

This guide explains where reporting is available and how to export data correctly.

✅ Exporting Booking Reports

Booking reports are available in the Bookings module.

Step 1: Open Booking Overview

  1. Log in to the Spaceti Admin Web App

  2. In the left navigation menu, go to:

  • Floor

  • Space type

Step 4: Download the CSV File

✅ Best Practices for Reporting

  • Export directly from the dashboard closest to your required metric

  • Use filters (building, floor, space type) to keep reports relevant

  • For recurring reporting needs, consider defining a standard export format
