How to Export Booking Reports in Spaceti

Spaceti allows administrators and workplace managers to export booking activity data directly from the Bookings module. This is useful for reporting, utilization analysis, and contact tracing.

Accessing Booking Reports Export

To export booking data:

  1. Open the Spaceti Admin Web App

  2. In the left menu, go to:

    Bookings β†’ Overview

  3. In the top-right corner of the page, click:

    Export

This opens the Export booking data window.


Export Booking Data Options

Inside the Export booking data modal, you can choose what type of report you want to download in .csv format.

Available Export Types

All bookings data

  • Exports all booking records within the selected date range.

Total booked time (per space)

  • Shows booking utilization statistics per space (e.g., meeting rooms, desks).

Total booked time (by user)

  • Provides booking statistics grouped by users.

Contact tracing

  • Returns a list of spaces booked by a selected user, including other users who used the same spaces on the same day.


Applying Filters

Before exporting, you can narrow down the report using filters:

Date range

Select the reporting period (example shown: Last month).

Building

Choose the relevant building (example: Main Point).

Floor

Limit the export to a specific floor or select All.

Space type

Filter by space category (example: desks, meeting rooms, parking spaces).


Downloading the Report

Once your export type and filters are selected:

  1. Click the Export button at the bottom of the modal.

  2. Spaceti will generate and download a CSV file containing the requested booking report.
