The Booking Analytics module has been upgraded to deliver deeper, more accurate insights across your spaces.
With this update, fixed spaces are now counted correctly as all-day bookings, and analytics can be viewed not only by groups but also at the level of individual spaces.
These improvements provide a complete picture of how every area in your building is being used — helping you make smarter space-planning and utilization decisions.
What’s New
1. Fixed Spaces Included in Metrics
Fixed or permanently assigned spaces are now automatically recognized and included in all booking statistics as all-day bookings.
This ensures total booking metrics reflect real occupancy, even for spaces not reserved through the usual booking process.
2. Space-Level Analytics
You can now analyze bookings and usage data for each individual space, not just for space groups or categories.
This granular view allows facility managers to pinpoint trends, identify underused spaces, and balance demand across the workplace.
How to Use
Go to Analytics → Booking Overview.
Use the new filters to drill down into specific spaces or space groups.
Charts and summaries will now include:
Fixed spaces (counted as all-day bookings)
Individual space usage data
Export results as PNG or CSV using the download options available on supported charts.
