Can the AI Features Be Enabled or Disabled?
Yes, SPACETI's AI features offer flexibility. Each AI type can be turned on or off as needed:

  • Spaceti Analytics AI: Provides insights to improve workspace efficiency.

  • Spaceti Booking AI: Helps manage reservations and space allocations.

Organizations can activate or deactivate these features based on their needs. If you require assistance in enabling or disabling a feature, please contact support@spaceti.com.


Can the AI Be Limited to Certain Users?
Absolutely. Role-based settings allow for specific configurations:

  • Spaceti Analytics AI: Restricted to roles like Admins, Managers, or Data Analysts.

  • Spaceti Booking AI: Also role-specific, with a limit on AI tokens per role.


Privacy and Data Access in AI Chat


One of the key questions concerns what data the AI chat analysis interface can access and surface. The platform’s AI chat feature only accesses data that the user has permission to view. It does not have access to personal data beyond what is shared in the chat itself.

Importantly, users cannot see or retrieve other individuals’ personal data through the chat interface. The system respects user permissions and privacy settings, ensuring that sensitive information remains protected and only accessible according to configured privileges.
